Asistente_Prof (“we”, “our”, “us”) is provided by ARI BEN RAMIREZ VILLEGAS. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Asistente_Prof Zoom app.

What data is processed

• Participant presence (local processing only): During a Zoom meeting, the app monitors whether participants are connected and whether their camera is on. This processing occurs locally within the Zoom client or browser session.
• Meeting context: The meeting ID entered by the host to join a meeting via the Zoom Meeting SDK.

No meeting content (audio, video, screen sharing, or chat history) is recorded, stored, or processed by our servers.

How data is used

• To display host-side controls and reminders inside the Zoom meeting.
• To assist hosts or co-hosts in managing camera-related reminders using standard Zoom privileges.

What we do not do

• No audio or video recording.
• No storage of participant data on external servers.
• No export or transmission of attendance or presence data.
• No tracking technologies or analytics cookies.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.

Data storage and retention

All presence calculations and settings are handled locally within the Zoom client or browser session. No participant data is retained on our servers.

Legal bases

If you are located in the EEA or UK, data is processed as necessary to provide the service requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for legitimate interests related to the secure operation of the app (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights
