These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Asistente_Prof, provided by ARI BEN RAMIREZ VILLEGAS (the “Provider”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Asistente_Prof is a host-side assistant intended to be used within Zoom meetings by users with host or co-host privileges. You agree to use the app in compliance with these Terms, Zoom’s Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions (such as host or co-host role) to use the app’s features.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled when you use Asistente_Prof.
Asistente_Prof, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by the Provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as intended.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zoom services are provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. The Provider is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Zoom’s services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a manner that poses security, legal, or abuse risks.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
